Tour deBurnet Pub Bike

Tour deBurnet - the Pub Crawl by Bike - started with dream of buying a bike for leisurely Sunday afternoons and ended with 27 bikers, 6 bars, a blow up doll, a kidnapping and an almost robbery.

The route: Drafthaus, Billy, Little Ginny Saloon, Poodle Dog & LaLa's. The execution followed plan with the added bonus ending of dinner @ Dart Bowl.

I made it through by pacing myself and a Frito snack at the half way point. Here's my take on the bars (as it was my first time to them all, except Dart Bowl):

Drafthaus has a great outdoor area - but did you know that not 1, but 4 different sets of people showed up, nabbed a bench outside and waited for the doors to open. I know this becuase I was one of them...

Poodle Dog was scary. Period.

And LaLa's - never need to go there again. It's 365 day-design - Christmas. No joke. Christmas Tree, Christmas music jukebox, Christmast Lights, and I assume Hot Toddies (but it was 85 degrees so I cannot confirm). yuck.
